Plaquers left on the scene. Look at the scene from earlier today. A terrible story. We understand, we were told by the chief of police is a group from a home here. A group home for special needs residents had left their house just up the block and were walking down to a basketball court. They were going to play some basketball. They came across two people in a car. For some reason or another, words were exchanged. According to Prince Georges County chief of police, one of the residents of the group home doesnt respond real well. And someone in car pulls out a gun. Opens fire. And hits that man in his 20s. That man runs just a little ways before he drops to the ground. Police say, this is an important note. Someone who was with the shooter was apparently horrified by what happened. Got out of the shooters car. Actually ran to the victim to and made comments that were heard in the neighborhood about how horrified that person was by the shooting. Police want that person to come forward. T

They got emergency text alerts telling them to barricade the doors and dont let anybody in. That all happened this morning and two hours later we were told by lapd that the suspect was one of the two dead in the initial shooting, that it was a murdersuicide, and the shooting scene was contained in one small office in the engineering building. That information came along with the news that there was a note and a gun also in that room. What the note says we dont know. We dont know the relationship or the identities of the two men who were killed in this murdersuicide this morning who died, but thats the situation here.
