The CBI s supplementary charge sheet filed in July in which Tejashwi is named as an accused for the first time the agency says that "lands/properties were acquired in a concealed manner, i.e. to purchase land/property in the name of some company, and subsequently to transfer the ownership of such properties by way of transfer of shares" to Lalu Yadav s family.
Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma stressed that the Court cannot throttle the investigation at the stage of issuance of summons and dismissed the plea as being premature.
A Delhi court on Wednesday granted bail to RJD leaders Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav in the alleged land-for-jobs scam case.The Court had earlier issued.
