New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) The CBI has filed a charge sheet against the then CMD of Air India, German firm SAP AG and IBM in connection with alleged irregularities in procurement of software worth Rs 225 crore by the national carrier in 2011, officials said on Sunday.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is expected to file a comprehensive charge sheet in the land-for-jobs case involving former Union minister Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi, and son Tejashwi Yadav. The charge sheet will also highlight the alleged role played by RJD Rajya Sabha member Prem Chand Gupta. Gupta, a close aide of Lalu Prasad, is alleged to have played a key role in illegally purchasing lands through a company to benefit Lalu and his family.
