Quite a bit of lightning as well. The rain is just hugging the coastline. The heavier rainfall and still active lightning in cape may at its been a very active lightning scene. Weve count 111 lightning strikes as the storms rolled through the area. The cape may county, a Flash Flood Warning is in effect. So the warminster, west trenton and doylestown line all running with about at least 20minute delays. On the vine street expressway around 24th street, threeminute drive time, headed westbound from 95 up towards the schuylkill expressway. You can see ongoing road work there. Headed towards 95 is where youll see some of the lane restrictions. Theyre actually just over for the off ramp. Its not blocking off any of the lanes right now. Out in upper merion, we have more reports of a road obstruction in trinity road, north and southbound right near the schuylkill expressway and the rest of our drive times for the philadelphia area are doing just fine, no problems on 95, the schuylkill or the blue route so far for the morning. Heres a quick look at the area of concern later this afternoon and again it is just a spotty chance of a shower coastline ocean and monmouth county, maybe you a see a spritz or sprinkle later on. What that means, if that track verifies, the worst of the storm would be staying out to sea. This shows the chance of Tropical Storm force winds. Those are winds more than 39 miles per hour. And it shows the best chance getting closer to cape cod. As we zoom in in our region you can see that shade of green. Thats a 20 percent chance of Tropical Storm force winds. So, if this track holds, we have a 20 percent chance of those winds along the coast. So, again, that would keep the strongest part of the storm out to sea. So, this is what we know. Jose will be bringing rough surf, rip currents through the weekend. Its next week. A big concern for beach erosion and tidal flooding. Reporter what weve learned tonight from police these incidents are happening to young girls while theyre outside on School Property or walking to school in the morning. Tonight police are telling us that they believe the suspect is driving a black car with tinted windows. This surveillance picture shows the car Police Believe the a man has been driving while attempting to lure little girls in the northeast. So far there have been six incidents beginning tuesday.
