May 1, 2021 (All day) SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Lake Tahoe Educational Foundation will be the beneficiary of Saturday s Derby Day party at Lake Tahoe AleWorx and The Cocktail Corner. May 1 is the Kentucky Derby so grab those Derby Hats and enjoy Mint Juleps as the running of the 147th derby. Live music is from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from the One Way Street Band. The race starts at 3:57 p.m. but enjoy the day s festivities at AleWorx while supporting students in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District. One hundred percent of the profits from the event go to the Foundation.

This magnetic destination is perfect for a bucket-list family ski adventure. Heavenly is extraordinary because of its visually stunning scenery at every turn. Lake Tahoe’s sapphire-blue waters surrounded by snow-capped mountains at this world-class resort definitely inspired all of us to get out on the mountain and ski more.
