This Christmas, my favorite gift was not under the tree, nor was it tucked in my stocking with care. The best gift I received this holiday season was on the homepage of Netflix dot com, and this might sound weird, but it was from someone named Shonda who doesn t even know me at all!
Bridgerton, the period melodrama from Shonda Rhimes, launched on Netflix on Christmas Day and I speak for the nation when I say we re all still recovering. The costumes were confectionary perfection. The dialogue was high English linguistic acrobatics. The sex was sumptuous.

While we all wait on pins and needles to see if the United States of America will be renewed for another season, there’s something far more perilous at stake than democracy love. Will insanely ripped Instagram model Matt find it in the woods of Pennsylvania? Tik Tok users had time today!! Looks like Michael B Jordan and his new official GF Lori Harvey are now being compared to the The Duke and Lady Bridgerton in the new hit series Bridgerton on Netflix.
If you have watched the show, The Duke has banned love and children as a snub to his hateful father to not carry on the family name. Meanwhile Lady Bridgerton is this season s diamond young lady who is ready for the picking for marriage in the court!
Lori Harvey did have many suiters as the Tik Toker in the video points out but I think most of those got a taste of the honey pot unlike the untouched Lady Bridgerton in the series. The Michael B Jordan comparison is a little more on point although I don t know how he feels about his pops lol!!
