Birx about getting supplies necessary to be more aggressive in communities across the state in testing. Those are encouraging and i appreciate their help. They have been amazing to be responsive to the situations not just in south dakota but across the country. I want to talk about our development program. It is a Small Business loan program we passed legislation for on the last day of session. That fund was set up by senate bill 192. We are working on getting those loans out the door as soon as possible to get people through this difficult time. T

To stop all family visitation and other visitation. Meanwhile in marin county three people tested positive in the nursing facility, and one passed away on saturday. At the laguna longterm Health Facility the number of infected increased to 16 over the weekend. Hospitals have been the priority and people are forgetting that Nursing Homes and assisted living facilities are far more vulnerable than hospitals. Shed like to see state officials that require all senior and assisted living facilities public disclose their covid19 cases in an effort to keep the public informed so loved ones could be removed. The only way we find out about these facilities that have it is when the news journalists pick it up. That is the thing, the state needs to be transparent and put new lists out every day. The latest cases across the bay area and country may just be beginning because there are about 15,000 of these assisted living facilities across the country. About 1 Million People living between them. So
