Reporter lesli, in fact, the armys chief of staff says having troops at these Recruitment Centers carrying guns may cause more problems than it solves and some people we talked to around here agreed. On a warm summer day in downtown Silver Spring Children Play and diners enjoy eating outside, all just steps away from Recruitment Centers for the armed forces. Already youre not protected going over there fighting and you mean to tell me just to go into a Recruitment Center now i have to worry about being protected . At the end of the day, its like how do you protect yourself when it comes to that or if somebody wants to attack anybody with the military .
