FOX 5 has obtained disturbing video recorded by an advocate for missing people showing a D.C. mother discuss the troubling circumstances surrounding the case involving a 2-month-old infant.
WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - The mother of missing 2-month-old Kyon Jones in D.C. was arrested Friday for Felony Murder but was not charged, according to a D.C. Superior Court spokesperson.
Ladonia Boggs was arrested on a warrant Friday for Felony Murder and Tampering with Evidence. However, she was only charged with Tampering with Evidence charge and was later released into Pretrial Services.

Kyon was last seen alive at his mother s Washington DC home on May 5 but was only reported missing on May 7
Boggs admitted in interview with an activist that Kyon died while sleeping with her, and she panicked and threw his body in the trash
She gave police a similar account, saying she was high on PCP when she found her son not breathing beneath her stomach
