Mother of Missing DC Baby Charged With Murder

First Published: 10:55 AM PDT, May 12, 2021 Foul play is suspected in the disappearance of 2-month-old Kyon Jones, a Black male infant with brown hair and brown eyes, who was reported missing on Friday. Police are asking the public for help. It has been a week since a newborn from the Washington D.C. area went missing and the baby’s mother is reportedly a “person of interest,” police say. As the Metropolitan police in Washington search for the tiny baby they are asking the public for help. Two-month-old Kyon Jones, a Black male infant with brown hair and brown eyes, was last seen at 1500 Block of Benning Road in Northeast Washington on Wednesday. He wasn’t reported missing until Friday. The clothing he was wearing before he disappeared is unknown, according to a police statement.
