March 18 was a typical Thursday night for Kylie Hampton. The 24-year-old had left her home at a ministry house near the Ohio State University campus to pick up two friends on the East Side to go to Bible study.
The trio made their way to Maize Road near the intersection of Norris Drive, where Hampton parked around 8 p.m. and they got out.
A passing vehicle, dark blue or black in color, suddenly hit Hampton s car, pushing it into her. The make and model of the vehicle haven t been determined.
Hampton suffered a severe skull fracture from the crash. The driver slowed down long enough to honk his horn and yell, She was in my way, before driving off.

The Angelo State women’s soccer team completed an undefeated season, which culminated with a close 1-0 victory over the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the Lone Star Conference Spring Championship.
Despite their perfect record, the Belles were considered the underdog, as DBU came into this game as the No. 1 ranked team and opened the game showing why they are ranked so high. In the first twenty minutes of the game, DBU consistently made attacking moves into the Belles final third, but were unable to make any meaningful attempts at goal. The game would remain in a tense deadlock until the 61st minute, when goalkeeper Kira Miller got called into action and made a great save. The Belles would nearly score in the 75th minute, when Avery McNeme forced a save from the DBU keeper, and then again in the closing minute of re
