I think the average age is in the seventies, so when the conditions are slick like this for either the vehicles or their feet they dont feel safe out. The need for volunteers required meals on wheels to call in some backup. Humvees roared into town, filled with active duty soldiers ready to receive their assignment. Theyre having the younger guard members deliver meals throughout the city.
