Lukas the attorney for an emmet county teen accused of shooting another teen this past summer has decided not to seek a change of veunue the attorney for Lee Christensen filed a notice with the court that he does not seek to move the teens murder trial out of emmet county at this time, but may do so if he feels that he cannot find an impartial jury. Christensen is accused of killing 19yearold Thomas Bortvit in june of 2015. Lukas authorities in sac county are searching for a man wanted for attmpted murder man with his car.
