Germany’s defence minister Boris Pistorius, who is in India on a four-day visit, said his country is in a ‘good place’ to bag the six-submarine deal worth Rs 43,000 crore. The deal is part of New Delhi’s P-75I project that envisages the construction of advanced underwater vessels. This will boost the country’s naval capabilities and ensure safety of our waters
The project, called P-75 India, is one of the biggest Make in India programs and is aimed at bolstering bilateral defense cooperation with a sharp focus on stronger industrial partnerships.
