A warehouse worker sacked for allegedly masturbating at work has lost a legal challenge in which he claimed he was being discriminated against because he was actually scratching a rash in his pubic area.
Daniel Whipps was caught on CCTV at work at the Battery Store Australia s Townsville warehouse in October 2018 with his shorts pulled down to his thigh, holding a mobile phone in his right hand and reaching down his pants with his left.
A Queensland industrial commissioner dismissed the claim.

Like his friends, being a rockstar was all he cared about. Even though he knew that learning sitar and classical music would make him a better musician, the idea did not really appeal to him. He found it dull and boring.
“I want to be like Alex Turner (a lead member of the band Arctic Monkey). I want people to chant my name and bang their heads to my music. Playing the sitar won’t let me do that,” says Adhikari.

Back in the early 2000s, music systems were a big deal in Indian households. As a kid, I remember the Philips audio system being the pride of my house during my birthday party, with its dual speakers, two cassette slots, and a dozen of those airplane-style slider controls for bass, treble, balance, volume, and more. While I danced to any Shah Rukh Khan number my mother played on it, the system caught my attention with its size. After all, a mini duffle bag-sized audio system could fill my big house with party-vibes! Wonderful days were those. Also Read - Google Photos revamp to be rolled out soon: Report
