6 NC, 2 Congress Councillors join hands to form DDC at Ramban Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 2: The recently elected Councillors of the National Conference and the Congress in Ramban district today resolved to join hands and form the District Development Council in the larger interest of the development in the area and to strengthen the secular forces, as per urges and aspirations of the people.
