Lion attacks are rare but so far, three victims. They plunged back into the 51degree water after a sea lion attack. We gave it a rest, and came this morning. And found police officers. San Francisco Fire Department says this time the victim was a woman swimming around 7 a. M. In the far end of aquatic park when a sea lion bit her on the leg. A retired paramedic was also swimming and helped the woman get to shore. Her injury was not life threatening. The National Parks service decided not to close the park but swimmers were advised to stay close to the shore. The attacks have happened out in whats called the jacuzzi which is forward out. And i felt i could runaway from him. Erroneously. This is the third confirmed attack in a month. The National Park service says theres no way to tell if its the same sea lion. They tend to migrate. Some administrator told the police and instructed them, against their will is my guess, to retreat inside. Theyre inside while windows are being smashed less than a year ago. Theyre looking out as hundreds are being attacked and basically didnt perform their job. Reporter Uc Berkley Police set up a time. They didnt want to use the heavy handed approach and go into the crowd because they didnt want to spark more clashes. The four victims are seeking compensation for medical bills and they want the university to change the approach as to how it handles the protests.
