This is in preparation for the election. The fbi in San Francisco says they set up a command post so they can better work with local officials election night. The concern is that there will be violent protests from extremist groups. Law enforcement officers around the bay area are on high alert. When we have protests, if they get large, there is always an element within that group that will try to do destruction or harm.
