MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) â The NCAA Division II Super Region V Championships are set to get underway in Aberdeen, South Dakota, next weekend, with wrestlers hoping to punch their tickets to the national competition coming up on March 12.
In whatâs been a strange year for sports, the Mavericks managed to get all six regular-season duals in without adjusting the schedule â which is a feat in itself considering the circumstances this season.
âAs usual, the credit goes to the guys. We only get to see them 2-3 hours a day. They have a life outside of here. ST. CLAIR, Minn. (KEYC) The No. 2 ranked St. Clair Cyclones are off to a strong start this season, averaging near 80 points-per-game.
St. Clair features shooters all over the court to go along with a deep bench making it difficult for opposing defenses to shut down all the threats.
”It just helps to have everyone that can score around you. It helps to have all these guys playing so we never get tired, can wear out the other team, we’re just fine,” junior Conner Andree said.
The Minnesota Twins are bringing back designated hitter Nelson Cruz on a one-year, $13 million contract, according to a person with knowledge of the negotiations.
