The nypd still on the scene piecing together a bizarre crime. A woman in the hospital tonight after she says she was slashed on the street in manhattan. The attack happened as the woman was walking on broadway near rector street. Josh einiger in Lower Manhattan with new details from police. Right in front of Trinity Church where police are standing guard where a woman says she was attacked by a man with a blade. She says she went south on broadway toward the school she attends and thats where she called 911. But at the height of the afternoon rush in the financial district, police still have not found one person who says they saw her. Reporter hours after the search for clues was still underway.
