Issues included the ability to operate vehicles, testing for marijuana use, and the challenges inin creating a federal standard for Donald Rumsfeld driving under the influence of socalled recreational drugs. No. Would you be prepared to deliver to us a timeline, meaning calendars, activities of individuals who were charged with going out and finding those email sns. To go through and be scrutinized around some of those comparisons with Small Businesses and come out the backside with something that really has a starting point of being wanted by the local community. If you look at where formula retail wants to go, it does not go into a lot of the communities which is the greatest need for jobs or services or retail diversity. They tend to go to places where theres already lots of money and where they can outcompete other business necessarition he. They are not big risk takers. If youre trying to encourage risk taking that goes to compelling business relationships, not whether they have a sea requirement. It is time to update some of the controls. A couple of quick things. You know, Student Loan Program just from 2007 to 2012 are now on target to make 66 billion in profits for the United States government. Just that small cohort. And lets keep in mind these are the best data we have available. These are government data, these are not data anybody else made up. The gao, the cbo to, the fed are all looking in the same direction at whats happening to students that are loading up on Student Loan Debt. And right now best estimate we have is that the Interest Rate were going to charge next year to our students is double, nearly double, the rate that undergraduates would have to pay in order to have the program break even.
