The schuylkill has been closed for approximately would i say at least 35 close to 40 minutes. You can imagine the the delay, that lies behind this incident and we have seen a few vehicles turnaround and head westbound on the eastbound side of the schuylkill expressway. Now in regards to the westbound side of 76 we had an Emergency Team blocking lefthand lane. They have cleared the the eastbound incident but lets talk about the delay quickly.
