Traffic had to be rerouted as pg e worked on the repair. There is a lot more going. On significantly more power going through lines. Thats why it was such a complicated process to do so. To make the safe and do so well. Now, that broken power was lifted up out of its position late this afternoon. One lane, northbound, still impacted. Traffic on side streets, still very clogged late this afternoon. It took us about two hours to get here from the east bay. 101 is open. Another closure planned for tomorrow night. Reporter they were coming and going. The toilets work. The seats held. Everything was great and fans said overall they had a great time a day of first. First signs handed out at levi stadium. First food line and first crowd. This is an excellent environment. The fans entering the stadium traded for their first actual view. A lot of good sections. A lot of good food areas. One. Two men in a white or silver van pulled up, grabbed a young woman and pulled her into the van and sexually assaulted her. Police say this is what the two men look like. They are described as hispanic men in their 30s. After attacking the girl the suspects dropped her off just a few blocks from where she was abducted. Residents say while they have heard of some crimes in the area they were shocked to hear about the sexual assault. Its a pretty good neighborhood but it has its pockets. Honestly it is not the first time i hear of crimes in the neighborhood. Reporter this is a very busy intersection and you can see that Westgate Mall is right behind me. There is a big target here. Across the street there is another mall and the big intersection of saratoga avenue. Investigators are really hoping that someone saw something around 4 00 in the afternoon last tuesday. Bridge. Thanks for joining us. Im peggy bunker. And im terry mcsweeney. Traffic is starting to move along now. A crash brought the bay bridge to a grinding halt a while ago. Christie smith live in San Francisco with the latest. Reporter good evening. I just got off the phone with chp and the lanes impacted around 8 30 tonight all of them in fact are back open. But, boy, what a night to try and get out of the city. Were on first street. This is one of the main thoroughfares to try to get on the bridge. You can see the backup here at first street. The chp telling me this started with a wrong way driver going westbound on eastbound lanes of the bridge. The chp says the driver also didnt have their headlights on. Officers responded, they say there was a collision up there, at least four cars involved. Conflicting reports on the number of injuries and severities. But what the chp is telling me just a couple of minutes ago is right now about four people injured, minor injuries, but thats sti
