Our Correspondent Diphu, Oct. 11 (EMN): A leadership training programme was organised by Karbi Students’ Association (KSA) Thomson Rongpi faction, Diphu district committee on the topic, ‘Creation of Autonomous State under Article 244(A) through a peaceful democratic process’ at Diphu on Tuesday. The Chief Executive Member (CEM), Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang during the training stressed on the need for various factions of KSA to be as one student body. The CEM said, “I always appeal that the different factions of KSA should be one,” while expressing that the KSA should stand united as one for a common cause like border and autonomous state issues. Earlier, the former Executive Member of KAAC and former leader of KSA, Chomang Kro said having too many KSA factions does not serve good for the society. “It is embarrassing and I want the KSA to be one,” said Kro.
