Yearold brother lost it going on a stabbing rampage killing his threeyearold and attacking their sister. The nineyearold was hurt in the incident, which was a stabbing from what they told me. A white truck plowed through a crowd of people. French Officials Say at least 84 people are confirmed dead, including some children.
