Put off by the underpreparedness of a junior advocate appearing before their bench at the Gujarat High Court, of Justice A Y Kogje and Justice Samir Dave on Tuesday rued the “hesitance (among) junior advocates to read the file” of their case.
While granting bail to Parmar – proprietor of Dev Prakash Solutions, which was contracted to undertake repairs on the bridge by Oreva Group – Justice Dave took into account that it was unlikely that the trial will be concluded any time soon. With the release of the two, only two of the 10 accused now remain in jail.
