While granting bail to Parmar – proprietor of Dev Prakash Solutions, which was contracted to undertake repairs on the bridge by Oreva Group – Justice Dave took into account that it was unlikely that the trial will be concluded any time soon. With the release of the two, only two of the 10 accused now remain in jail.
