We now know the inmate on the loose faked an injury so he would be taken to Valley Medical Center in san jose. That is where he made his break. The Sheriffs Department set up a perimeter hoping to trap him inside but convinced he had gotten away. A short time later it appeared the San Jose Police picked him up after a report of a break in and the theft of clothes but he slipped away again.
