There were about ten of them up on our roof fighting from our house to protect the house. And we owe them everything for this christmas. We really have so grateful. Reporter this afternoon a battalion chief inspecting the damage said the fact that the crews could keep this fire from spreading really was amazing. I know its just our job. But every once in a while they push the envelope and this morning they definitely did. Reporter two houses and four apartments gutted in this fire, but no one hurt. The cause still under investigation. But a woman who lives down in this apartment, and who was the only one home at the time of the fire told me that this building has had severe electrical problems over the past couple of months.
