There was no kitchen, no bathrooms that could be usable. Gemser is an airbnb host, a march 15th for guests signed on to stay at her upstairs unit in the Mission District for a month. They had actually left it the evening of april 13th, presumably she right before or right after this clog started. Gemser lived in the unit directly downstairs.
