San jose police got the call at 9 50 this morning of gunshots fired at the entrance to the strip mall at capitol expressway and copper field drive. I have confirmed with the police that two car loads full of men were initially involved in some sort of disturbance, one car started to chase another on capitol expressway and both cars turned into this parking lot which is where the police say the shooting occurred. A man was shot. He made his way inside the licky super market where he asked for help. Four men were in the car with him. They ran to different areas of the mall trying to get away from the suspect who last the scene. At this time, the suspect vehicle has not been located.
