You may remember in the last board of supervisors before any of us came here, there was an attempt through initial audit by budget analyst to rehaul Workforce Development program. Unfortunately after a number of years that work is not done and i had last year asked for an audit of our citys workforce agencies to really understand what we are not doing and it turns out that in our
