Just like almost everything in the United States these days, the decision by governors when to reopen their states, and how quickly, seems to come down to partisan politics. The first state to reopen was one of the last to impose a stayathome order. The republican governor of georgia, brian kemp, announced monday that, by weeks end, many nonessential businesses will be allowed to open their doors. Cnns erica hill has details.
