As for suspect 3, he is being held here without bail. Live in downtown san jose, kiet do, kpix 5. Oakland police are looking for a suspect who killed a man yesterday afternoon at 4 30. The suspect began shooting outside a home near 23rd street and mlk in west oakland. Then the suspect went inside to deliver the final blow. Police say the motive is unknown. Were trying to identify any possible information, any possible leads, anything that we can to help try to identify what happened here. Police say the victim was 30 years old and lived in the home. They have not released the mans name. Investigators would like to know what happened inside a Santa Clara County jail that left an inmate dead. Michael james tyree found dead in his cell at the main jail last thursday. The mercury news reports there was some kind of confrontation with correctional officers. Three of them are now on leave. The inmate was due to the transferred to a Mental Health facility. It is not clear yet how that man die
