A philadelphia judge has ordered the Delaware County man in the stabbing to stand trial. Steven simminger is charged with a deadly stabbing over a baseball cap earlier this month. Police say he stapped Colin Mcgovern earlier this month. Neighbors who are worried following both those crimes packed a town hall meeting in center city last night.
