Plain clothe officers were driving down broad street and brown and they were broadsided at an intersection, and then they took off. A white ford suv pulled up and the 33yearold driver told police saw the crash scene and got scared and exited his suv. He left it in drive and the suv was rolling and two people in the area saw it and took it. Was not robbed. He was not carjacked. Nobody said anything to him.
