Both victims were taken to the hospital with major injuries. And the third shooting happened around 8 00 off barrington drive in east charlotte. The victims girlfriend says her boyfriend was walking back from the store when he was shot in the leg. Police say he will be okay. Overnight, a fourth shooting. This one happened near brook tree drive in northwest charlotte. A female victim was shot in the leg and drove herself to darby avenue and eventually the hospital. And i just checked in with the captain here at cmpd headquarters. He says so far one person is in custody thats related to the brookshire boulevard shooting. No one in any of the other shootings.
