The fire at the connestoga frame shop and gallery on connestoga road in radnor started around 11 15 last night. Several Fire Companies rushed to the scene. Investigators say it started in an apartment above the business. Second floor, guy had candle in his bedroom, candle fell over, lit the bedding on fire. So, amazingly no one was hurt. Reporter those tar balls were found along almost 7 miles of beach from the el segundo jetty south to redondo beach. The coast guard says those beaches will remain closed until at least noon today.
