The food services trade associations and chambers will be working with more than 800 companies, which employ approximately 80,000 workers, to transform their jobs in line with the Map.
The JTM has assessed 87 current job roles, of which 40 are likely to be redesigned. Out of these 40, seven are expected to require extensive redesign due to increasing automation.
This edition of the guidelines focuses on buiiding a flexible wage system in tandem with business recover; sustaining wage growth for lower-wage workers, and implementing initiatives for upskilling the workforce.
