feedback, we had seven-member listening sessions in february, four conferences, getting feedback from our members in this legislation, getting their ideas. one of the concerns was we should cap discredit. like a millionaire love doesn t get health care from network, doesn t get a tax credit. that was it something that we agreed with and the committee made that adjustment. the reason it s set where it is is we don t want to have a job penalty. obamacare produces job lock. obamacare said the equivalent of 2-3 million people will not go into the workforce and take jobs because of the way about your subsidies work. if use of that credit to low and a person lose their credit getting a raise or advancing in life, you don t want to dis- incentivize that. at their set at such a level that that wouldn t occur.
