The recommendations came from the work of the task force and Community Input as well as the data that was collected as part of generating this plan. These recommendations include the policy and more tangible recommendations. The more tangible recommendations that could be [affectedeffected]} through Development Projects will be implemented once the plan is adopted through what is being called a consistency determination which i will discuss in a moment. The bayview redevelopment plan. Other recommendations are more tangible and can relate to Development Projects. This is where the consistency determination process comes into play. Those projects that involve medical uses of a certain size which collene touched on earlier would be subject to consistency determination. The consistency determination process will weigh the projects merits against these recommendations. The task force encouraged us to explore an incentive base system that would encourage the Health Care Infrastructure and facilitate projects that address the plans recommendations and guidelines without creating unintended negative land use consequences. This slide shows the possible outcomes of consistency determinations. First there is consistent and highly recommended for addressing critical need. A little bit of both terminology, we felt it really described what it would achieve. This determination could apply to projects that on balance address the guidelines identifie
Could shrink the demand even further. In future richness of the plan would update these figures. And also given the small amount of space that is needed, we think the displacement pressures and land use impacts will likely be minimal on other uses. However, they are dependent on specific projects at the time theyre proposed so these would be analyzed when the projects come forward.
