Renzo Mendoza Montes, a 32-year-old Venezuelan national illegally present in the U.S., has been charged with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Virginia.
Migrant Leonal Moreno also rallied for support of the 15-year-old illegal immigrant who allegedly shot a tourist and at NYPD in Times Square in early February.
The Campbell County Sheriff's Office said that Renzo Mendoza Montes, 32, was arrested on Feb. 22 in connection to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl that occurred in January.
