Venezuelan illegal immigrant charged with sexual assault against 14-year-old in Virginia

The Campbell County Sheriff's Office said that Renzo Mendoza Montes, 32, was arrested on Feb. 22 in connection to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl that occurred in January.
