Jess Almlie is a learning and performance strategist with over 25 years of experience in talent development with roles in for-profit, non-profit, and higher education. Currently, Jess serves as the Vice President of Learning Experience for the benefits division of WEX, inc., a financial technology solutions provider. In this role, she develops and shares the vision for effective learning and performance support as well as leading a highly talented team of learning professionals. Jess holds a M.S. in Educational Leadership and a B.A. in Organizational Communication. She currently volunteers as a National Advisor for Chapters for the Association of Talent Development and is a member of the prestigious Talent Development Think Tank, a community of forward-thinking talent development professionals from all over the world. Jess also serves as a business advisor to several start-up organizations in the learning field who are working hard to improve the ways people learn how to do their jobs.
