Youre going to need to take it easy out there. Temperature well below freezing. We didnt make it above freezing yesterday, which was the problem. All the snow on the roadways, it didnt melt. It stuck to the roads. So 21 right now in philadelphia with a feels like, thats the windchill, when you factor in the air and the wind on your bare skin, thats 12. And we do have winds that have now turned to the southwest. Which is a good thing because that is the melting point. Were going to see that wind coming in, its a warmer wind, out of the southwest.
