What were watching is this giant storm system, again, its very elongated. Its going to take a while to get here. It will be here throughout the day tomorrow as it approaches our area. Watch the temperature profiles, you can see the temperatures still too warm to support all snow in many places. Were seeing that changeover in south delaware and new jersey. Then as temperatures falls, you see by tomorrow morning its up into philadelphia and on up into the Lehigh Valley and the poconos. Steve is going to walk you through some of those snow totals. One isolated amount as high as 3 1 2 inches so far. Weve got a lot of snow on the roadways. The steps, also your sidewalk in front of your house. Anywhere youre planning to go tonight will be impacted by the snow. Lets take a look. This is making its way out of the area. We see the clearing thats taking place off to the west. Doyles town, limerick, abington. Wilmington already in the clear. Lets slide further to the south. Middletown, youre about to clear. Dover, not yet. Morris river steady snowshowers. Same for vineland. Cape may, Atlantic City. Steady snow continuing there. We get down into southern parts of delaware, youre going to get one last push of snowshowers and then this is going to clear through longneck, milford. Is coming down. But we are watching, of course, the biggest story of all which is the timing of it during the evening commute and everybody is below freezing. Those roadways, anything it falls on, the steps, stairs, the sidewalk, its going to be slick. Philadelphia, were seeing a light steady snow. Pemberton, down toward hammondton, were seeing steadier snow bands move through your area. Thats headed to egg harbor where were looking at Ted Greenburg who has been updating us. All the way down to cape may, its transitioned into snow for you. If we head all the way up to wilmington were getting a little burst of snow there. Its still a little bit heavier. In southern portions of delaware, we are still looking at snow thats a little bit heavier. You can see these patches from smyrna and across to southern jersey. Basically, the snow is not going to be ending from the next couple of hours unless youre out there in the Lehigh Valley and berks county. By 7 00 philadelphia is in the clear, als
