We begin with breaking news. Will there be charges for the Cleveland Police officer who shot and killed 12yearold tamir rice . The local sheriff announced today his offense has finished its investigation into tamirs death. In a statement he said he conducted a, quote, extensive, author and unbiased investigation. It is now up to the prosecutor to determine how next to proceed. Prosecutor tim mcginty has said hell present the evidence to a grand jury, who will consider charges. Tamir rice was shot and killed 193 days ago while holding an airsoft gun, which shoots plastic pellets. Surveillance video shows Police Officer Timothy Loehmann shot tamir less than two seconds after arriving on the scene. Two seconds.
