Suspect in auburn after police say he broke into a home and the homeowner shot at him. Good afternoon. Im erin fehlau. Are searching nearby woods for the suspect. Wmurs Kristen Carosa is live in auburn with what we know at this hour. Kristen we are here on route 121 where authorities could be seen searching this hour, and the search continues. Auburn police s t report of a confrontation between a homeowner an intruder. A gun was fired by the homeowner at the intruder but no one was hit. Intruder then ran off into the woods. Auburn police with the help of state police set up a perimeter at hooksett road and route 121. Police say at one point they spotted the suspect but lost sight of him. The suspect is being described as a white male between 30 to 40 years old with gray hair and a this morning. There is still a heavy Police Presence at woodhill drive. There was a concentration between the homeowner and someone inside his house. The gunshot was fired. The intruder ran off into the woods

As the 15th anniversary of 9 11 nears, it is being gifted to a small town in canada that took in thousands of passengers grounded. The dnc announced theyll restore senator Bernie Sanders campaign access to voter files. Earlier this week, Party Officials say there was a data base breach. Each campaign can add other information that other campaigns arent supposed to see, but the dnc says the staffers viewed and downloaded information from Hillary Clintons data. In response, the Sanders Campaign fired its top data staffer, but the dnc temporarily suspended Sanders Campaign from the date a base. They filed a lawsuit accusing them of trying to undermine his run for the white house. Because an understaffer made that misjudgment. Debby Wasserman Schultz says theyre restoring the access to the files and theyll continue to investigate to make sure that the data inappropriately gathered was deleted.
