She says they refused to tie in on a working hydrant on her property. George sam had the same complaint. Fire crew would not hook up to this fire hydrant. That fire hydrant had 15,000 gallons of water they would not hook up to it. Reporter neighborhoods fend for themselves as they work to protect homes with shovels and garden hoses.
