He killed four people. The shooting spree happened near the small town of red bluff south of redding. The nearest Police Station was 20 minutes away in corning. The suspect has been identified as 43yearold kevin neal. This is a mugshot from his arrest in january. Authorities say neal went on a 45minute shooting rampage including at the rancho tehama elementary school. Several children were shot and wounded, not killed.
